FORUM ON SEASONAL WORKFORCE FOR PILGRIM SERVICES
It is a national forum dedicated to career guidance, qualification, and training in the fields of seasonal work within the Hajj and Umrah ecosystem. The forum introduces participants to approved career pathways, the requirements of each pathway, and helps build their professional and behavioral readiness.

The forum contributes to strengthening integration between entities operating within the Hajj and Umrah ecosystem, training providers, and educational institutions, supporting the enhancement of service quality provided to the Pilgrims and promoting professionalism in seasonal work.

It also supports the objectives of the “Serving the Pilgrims” and “Human Capability Development” programs under Saudi Vision 2030 by developing human capital and linking qualification and training to seasonal career pathways.

The ‘Mawsimi Ticket’ serves as a guidance tool that helps participants explore the forum’s stations and approved career pathways according to their interests and inclinations. It enables them to build a comprehensive experience in career guidance, qualification, and training. The ticket is stamped upon visiting each participating station, reflecting the participant’s level of engagement and benefit from the forum’s content.
The CV Station
A center that supports participants in preparing their resumes professionally, within an intelligent experience that helps them identify the most suitable career path through career guidance experts. This station aims to highlight participants’ skills and experiences, enhance their awareness of the requirements for various career pathways, and support their professional readiness for seasonal work within the Pilgrims service ecosystem.

Interview Simulation Station
This station allows participants to experience realistic professional assessment mechanisms and learn best practices for self-presentation in field environments through an interactive simulation supervised by specialists. During the experience, direct guidance is provided to highlight strengths and identify areas for improvement, contributing to enhanced professional readiness for seasonal work and a better understanding of the requirements of different roles within the Pilgrims service ecosystem.
Participants receive a "Competence" badge.
Photo Station
This station offers a professional photography experience that enables participants to obtain high-quality personal photos for use in various professional contexts. The station also includes a mini platform where participants introduce themselves in a short 30-second presentation, as part of an interactive experience designed to enhance self-presentation and professional communication skills. The best presentations are selected to be featured on the digital platforms of the Mousami initiative.
Participants receive a ‘Stamp of Achievement’ .
World Languages ​​Station
This station provides a language guidance assessment to measure the ability to communicate with Pilgrims from various nationalities, supporting professional readiness for seasonal work.

Participants receive the ‘Communication Badge’ certificate.
Physical Readiness Station
This station offers quick and simple physical assessments, including basic health measurements and overall fitness evaluation. Practical and immediate guidance is provided to help improve physical capacity and enhance personal safety while performing field tasks. The station helps participants understand the requirements of fieldwork in the holy sites and prepare for it both physically and health-wise, supporting professional readiness for seasonal work within the Pilgrims service ecosystem.
Participants receive a "Fitness" badge.
